VALURESS DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This Agreement is executed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of products/services ordered electronically (“Buyer”) through the website www.valureess.com (“Site”).

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement regulates the characteristics, sales price, delivery, return procedures, and the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the products ordered electronically by the Buyer on the Seller’s website.

3. PRODUCT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

The Buyer acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted the basic features of the product, price, payment method, and delivery conditions published on the Site.

The product price shall be paid using the payment method selected during the order.

4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

• Products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer.
• Shipping cost is covered by the Seller.
• Delivery shall be completed within 30 days from the date of order.
• In case of force majeure or logistic delays, the Buyer will be informed.
• The Buyer must inspect the package during delivery; damaged packages should not be accepted.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the delivery date.
• Withdrawal notice shall be made to the Seller via the contact information stated above.
• Return conditions are applied as stated in the Return & Cancellation Policy.
  (Product tags must not be removed, and the product must be unused.)

Return shipping fee: 79 TL
