CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY — VALURESS

GENERAL

When you place an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement presented to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.

Shipping costs are covered by the seller.

The purchased product shall be delivered to the buyer or the person/institution at the address provided by the buyer within a legal period not exceeding 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with its warranty certificate and user manual if applicable.

In the event that the delivery of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller shall notify the buyer within 3 days and refund the payment within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID FOR

If the buyer fails to pay for the product, or if the payment is canceled in bank records, the seller is not obligated to deliver the product.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD

If, after delivery, it is determined that the buyer’s credit card was used unfairly by unauthorized persons and the relevant bank/financial institution does not pay the seller, the buyer must return the product within 3 days. Return shipping costs will be covered by the seller.

FORCE MAJEURE

If unforeseen force majeure events occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be informed.

The buyer may request:

• Cancellation of the order
• Product exchange
• Postponement of delivery

In case of order cancellation:

• For cash payments, the refund will be made within 14 days.
• For credit card payments, the refund will be made to the bank within 14 days. Bank processing times may take 2–3 weeks.

BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT PRODUCT

The buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery; dented, torn, damaged, or opened packages should not be accepted.

Products accepted upon delivery are deemed undamaged.

If the right of withdrawal will be exercised, the product must not be used, labels must not be removed, and the original condition must be preserved.

The invoice must be returned along with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery.

EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The following documents must be returned with the product:

• Invoice of the product
• Return form
• Product box and packaging
• All accessories and labels

For corporate purchases, a return invoice must be issued.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The seller must refund the product price within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notification.

The product will be collected by the seller within a maximum of 20 days.

If there is a loss of value caused by the buyer, the seller may deduct/claim this amount.

Product exchange is free of charge.
Return shipping fee is 79 TL.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

• Custom-made products prepared according to personal needs
• Underwear items, slip swimsuits & bikini bottoms
• Opened/used makeup and personal care products
• Single-use products
• Opened hygiene products
• Digital goods and digital content
• Periodicals (magazines, etc.)
• Opened books, CDs, DVDs, software, etc.

Returned items must be unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

If the buyer defaults on credit card payments, they are responsible for interest and charges in accordance with their agreement with the issuing bank.

The seller reserves the right to seek damages caused by delay and pursue legal remedies.

This policy preserves the legal rights of VALURESS and applies to all customers.
